Warranty

WARRANTY POLICY

Dansons Medical offers a limited warranty on all patient lifts, slings, and accessories, ensuring they are free of defects in workmanship and product performance. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser/user and is non-transferable.

Warranty Claims Process

• Claims must be submitted through an
authorized dealer or distributor with
proof of sale and
serial number provided.

•
Prior authorization from Dansons Medical is
required for warranty replacement.

• Dansons Medical reserves the right to
replace parts or accessories instead of sending
complete new patient lifts.

•
Dealers and distributors will be
billed for
advance warranty replacement items, which will be
credited 100% once the defective items are
returned and proven defective.

•
Returns without prior authorization will be
refused.

•
Returns received 30 days after return authorization will also be
refused.

• The
final decision on warranty claims will be based on
inspection of returned items by Dansons Medical.

Warranty Claim Denials

Warranty claims will be
denied if the following conditions are found:

•
Misuse, modification, or failure to maintain the product as per the
owner’s manual.

•
Serial number removed or defaced.

•
Normal wear and tear.

Warranty Coverage Periods

Dansons Medical warrants the following
products and components for the
time period specified:

Lift frames and spreader bar: 3 years

•
Actuator: 2 years

•
Parts (casters, pendant): 2 years

•
Control box, battery, and charger: 1 year

•
Weigh Scale: 2 years

•
Spryte stand aid (all components): 2 years

•
Hydraulic pumps: 1 year

•
Reusable slings: 6 months
